Information and consent pursuant to art. 13 Legislative Decree 196/2003 (hereinafter "Privacy Code") and art. 13 of EU Regulation 679/2016 (hereinafter "GDPR")

According to the art. 13 Legislative Decree 196/2003 (privacy code) and art. 13 of EU Regulation 679/2016 (hereinafter "GDPR"), Laziale Distribuzione SpA with registered office in Santa Palomba (Rm) Via Ardeatina 2491, as owner of the treatment (hereinafter "Owner"), informs that for the establishment and / or execution of contractual relations is in possession of your personal data acquired verbally directly or through third parties.

1. Purposes and methods of data processing

Personal data will be processed exclusively for strictly connected and instrumental purposes to the execution of the requested service:
A. Your express consent will not be required (art.24 lett. A), b), c), Privacy Code and art. 6 lett. b), e), GDPR) in case of the following purposes:
- managing and maintaining of the site;

- participating through the website in initiatives organized by the Data Controller (e.g. events);
- processing a contact request;
- fulfilling the obligations established by law, by a regulation, by community legislation or by an order Authority;

B. The processing of your personal data will be carried out by means of the operations indicated in art. 4 Privacy Code and art. 4 n. 2 GDPR and precisely: collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data. The treatment will be carried out both with manual and / or IT and telematic tools following organization logics and processing strictly related to the purposes and in any case in order to guarantee security, integrity and confidentiality of the data in compliance with the organizational, physical and logical measures provided for by the current provisions.

2. Nature of data collection and consequences of failure to provide it
The provision of your personal data is mandatory in order to fulfill your requests as well as, in general, to legal obligations. Failure to provide will make it impossible for the Owner to carry out the contractual relations and therefore to provide the requested service.

3. Communication, dissemination and duration of data processing
Without your express consent (pursuant to art. 24 letter a), b), d) Privacy Code and art. 6 lett. b) and c) GDPR), the Owner may communicate your data for the purposes referred to in art. 2.A) to Supervisory Bodies, Judicial Authorities as well as to all the others subjects to whom communication is mandatory by law for the fulfillment of said purposes and more precisely to:
- to banks for the management of collections and payments;
- to the collaborators and employees of the Owner, specifically appointed and in the performance of their duties, and / or system administrators;
- to third-party companies or other subjects (for example, website provider, cloud provider, suppliers, service technicians hardware and software, shippers and carriers, credit institutions, professional firms, trade associations etc.) which perform outsourcing activities on behalf of the Data Controller, in their capacity as data processors.
For the same purposes, if necessary, the data can be transferred outside the national territory. The collected data are not subject to disclosure and will be processed for the duration of the contractual relationships established and also subsequently for the fulfillment of all legal obligations.

- to obtain: a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data; b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those mentioned retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards the their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment is revealed impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right;
- to object, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning you, even if relevant to the purpose of the collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of sending material advertising or commercial communication by e-mail and / or through traditional marketing methods through telephone and / or paper mail. It is the faculty of the interested party to decide to receive only communications through traditional means or only automated communications or neither of the two types of communication. Where applicable, the exercise of the rights referred to in Articles 16-21 GDPR (Right ofrectification, right to be forgotten, right to limitation of treatment, right to data portability, right to object), as well as the right of complaint to the Guarantor Authority (art. 77 GDPR).
